This year’s INRALS General Assembly was held in the beautiful city of Oslo, hosted by our Norwegian member André Borka. For two dynamic days, our global network of life science recruitment experts came together (in person and online) to share insights, exchange ideas, and analyze industry trends. We strengthened our partnership and committed to enhancing the exceptional service we provide to clients and candidates around the world.

Our mission remains clear: to be the premier recruitment partner for life science companies. By leveraging our deep industry insights, extensive experience, and the local expertise of each member, we ensure a global reach that is second to none.

New board members
To keep driving our network ambitions a (partly new) INRALS Board was (re)instated for 2024-2025:  Cédric de Groulard (France) – Finance; Kevin Camps (Belgium) – Business Development; André Borka (Norway) – Marketing and Communications; Peter Ek (Sweden) – External Affairs and Dilsâd Babayigit (Germany) – Continuous Learning and Chairwoman for the next 2 years. Members extend a special thank you to former Chairman Jan Derks (Netherlands), who founded INRALS in 2011 with Michel Vandycke (Belgium), for his dedication and vision. We also extend our gratitude to former board member Ken Murphy (Ireland) for his engagement with Marketing and Communications.
